Linda Hyslop Memorial Fund - In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to John Randolph Foundation. The family will determine the purpose of the fund at a later date, ensuring it reflects Miss Hyslop's legacy in the Hopewell community.

This fund was created by Tara and Kevin Foster and their children (Kevin II and Madison) to honor the legacy of The Foster Family and the impactful commitment to community service above self in Prince George and surrounding communities.

The purpose of the Wesley Wayne Strouth Scholarship Fund is to support the teenage leaders from the Petersburg YMCA to attend the YMCA Blue Ridge Leaders’ School in Black Mountain, North Carolina.

The H. Lee Dixon Community Impact Scholarship was established to empower, support and promote continuing education to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to making a positive difference in their communities. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to students or community members who have actively engaged in volunteer work, leadership roles, and/or initiatives. The goal is to foster a culture of civic responsibility, encourage further involvement in community service, and ultimately contribute to the overall well-being and development of the community. Recipients are expected to use their education and skills to ensure that the benefits of the scholarship extend beyond individual achievement to create a legacy of community enhancement. This scholarship is available for citizens of Hopewell, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Prince George County, Dinwiddie County, and Chesterfield County. Priority may be given to citizens who are the child or grandchild of a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 637, or the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 637 Auxiliary. Preference may also be given to students interested in learning a trade from any trade school.

The Kay F. Toombs Memorial Foundation was established in September 2018 in memory of Kay F. Toombs, who battled a rare form of adrenal cancer for nearly five years before her passing. Kay was the coordinator of the Infant Intervention Program at District 19 and remained dedicated to her work with "her babies" until the very end of her life. In February 2025, the management and administration of the Kay F. Toombs Memorial Foundation transitioned to John Randolph Foundation. This fund will continue to support children from birth to five years old who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities.

Purpose To promote ongoing education by awarding scholarships for any course of study. However, priority may be given to students raised by a single parent who are majoring in Education or pursuing a wide range of STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and commitment to the community through volunteer service. Institutions may include trade/technical colleges, community colleges, and four-year colleges or universities.

The purpose of the Fund shall be exclusively for charitable or other exempt purposes for the benefit of Petersburg, Virginia to become one of the best cities to live, work, and raise a family.

The Christopher J. Sexton Memorial Fund was established to honor Chris who was known for his smile, quick wit and warm heart, he was loved instantly by all who met and knew him. Chris left a lasting impact on everyone, and he will be deeply missed.

The purpose of the Disaster Response Fund shall be to provide grants to address immediate needs as well as long-term effects as our community recovers from any disaster within the JRF service area. Priority will be given to organizations providing disaster/crisis response services, organizations experiencing a greater demand for current services due to the disaster and organizations experiencing hardship due to loss of revenue.

To promote continuing education by awarding scholarships for any course of study at higher education institutions to students who demonstrate academic achievement, community involvement, and have a focus on the health and welfare of animals. Priority will be given to students pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, or a related field.

The Park Fund was established to provide grants at the discretion of John Randolph Foundation Board of Trustees.

The Ursula M. Gibbs Memorial Endowment Fund was established through a bequest in memory of the late Ursula (Sue) Gibbs. This fund provides grants to support John Randolph Foundation's mission. A legacy like this will continue to benefit the community for years to come.

As a result of a charitable bequest, the Demetrius Mazacoufa Legacy Fund was established with specific instructions to be used as an unrestricted fund to further John Randolph Foundation's mission. Thus, this fund will forever honor Demetrius Mazacoufa's legacy and dedication to helping others.

The Madison Nicole Mann Memorial Endowment Fund was established to honor Madison (Maddie) and her resilience in the face of lifelong challenges.
